Ms. Godwin discussed how FirstGov has transformed the way in which government deals with the public and how it has served as a catalyst for changing other government Web sites. The management structure of this site is through interagency and private partnerships. Many of the portals were developed by interagency groups and cut across federal information for certain audiences or topics. |
