Abstract:The nation's security relies on a variety of infrastructures for telecommunications, finance, transportation, etc. All of these systems are increasingly dependent on computers and computer network technology. This report discusses the current state of knowledge regarding secure, trustworthy and reliable systems, and outlines a research agenda to improve trust in cyberspace.
